Fraudsters employ methods like identity theft and double brokering to deceive and rob these stakeholders. For a Shipper to add a Brokerage Firm to this internal connection system, they will need to enter the broker’s Agent ID# and click on ADD; The Brokerage Firm must be a member of the Brokers Connect System to use this internal connection.

3. Then you will need the Agent ID# for your desired Brokerage Firm then click the ADD button.
